To book your cruise online, you can visit your travel agent, call the Contact Centre or ask us to call you. Our staff can call you and complete your booking, you just need to request it by filling out the form on our website. If you are on board and already thinking about your next holiday, our personal cruise consultant will be available to suggest new destinations and inform you about our best offers.

You have three payment methods to choose from: 

- Prepayment and Balance directly by credit card. If you choose this mode, the system allows you to pay the balance in instalments. 

- If you choose this option, you can choose to pay in advance by credit card and the balance by bank transfer. 

- Advance payment and balance by bank. 

To register, click on "Subscribe" and enter the required information. Please note that all fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory. In the "Password" field, you can enter a word of your choice containing at least 8 characters (including letters and numbers). Please note that registering on the website allows you to register with CostaClub at the same time. You can see your current club membership (from Blue to Platinum member) and the CostaClub points you have accumulated so far.

To receive the discount code and then receive a special Premium discount, simply leave us an email address and/or mobile phone number before the end of the cruise. There are several ways: enter your email address and/or mobile phone number in MyCosta (MyCruise section), register on the website or at the on-board vending machines or Costa Club. 

It will not be possible to provide the data required to receive the Premium discount immediately after the end of the cruise. To receive a special discount, simply enter the code you received when booking your next cruise. Remember, the Premium discount is valid for one year from the disembarkation date of your last cruise. 

Once you've purchased your cruise, you can personalise it through MyCosta, adding drink packages, excursions (CostaTours!), products and services related to your chosen itinerary. Product availability and price may vary depending on the duration and destination of the cruise. Customizing your cruise is quick and easy. Log in to MyCosta with your last name and reservation number to make your vacation special before you even leave! Book now and pay on board! 

Once on board, our staff will show you how to get to your cabin. You will find your Costa Card in your bed. Please note that all even-numbered cabins are on the port side of the ship and odd-numbered cabins are on the starboard side. 

Luggage tags are used during boarding to allow your baggage to be identified and checked into your cabin. On board, at the end of the cruise, you will receive your tags indicating your priority to facilitate your disembarkation. Please note that it is compulsory to attach the tags to your luggage. 

It is a nominal discount that entitles you to a 10% discount on your next cruise (excluding port and registration fees, service charges and any flights). You are entitled to the Premium discount if you purchase a Premium cabin, suite or Samsara and it can be used towards the purchase of a future cruise, excluding world tours and their flights, and Far East cruises, departing within 1 year of the end of the voyage on which you accrued your discount.

Classic fare cabins offer you all the comfort of a higher class cabin at cheaper prices, along with the freedom to access the services and facilities on offer. 

However, Premium fare cabins enjoy a higher level of comfort in Costa with complimentary services: choice of first or second service at dinner, first breakfast service on request and 24-hour room service.

In order to obtain the cruise tickets, every guest over 18 years of age must personally complete the web check-in and meet all the criteria of the self-certification questionnaire regarding medical conditions. The web check-in will open 10 days prior to departure on MyCosta.

To access web check-in, simply visit MyCosta 10 days before departure by entering your last name and reservation number.

The services you have selected for your cruise can be found in the "Cart" section. From there you can choose to confirm, change or delete them. Once you have decided, you can proceed to booking. Remember: you have up to 3 days before departure to change your mind at no extra cost. After that ,any service you have booked will be charged to your account.

Baggage is handled on board and disembarkation by Costa staff using a simple tagging system, so you don't have to move around the ship with bags. Once your luggage is on board, there's nothing to worry about: a member of Costa staff will deliver it to your cabin free of charge. Due to security checks carried out on all luggage, baggage delivery may be extended up to two hours after departure. Remember to label all your luggage carefully: in case of doubts or difficulties, you can always rely on our staff to help you. The day before disembarkation you will receive labels to stick on your luggage, which you must leave outside your cabin to be collected by the staff to ensure a smooth disembarkation. When boarding and disembarking, you are advised to keep your hand luggage, personal belongings and documents with you at all times. Also, remember that trolleys must be carried as hand luggage.
